![]() Still, I wish it would be released so someone else could translate it. ![]() That’s how I spend approximately 75% of my time in any Fire Emblem game that allows infinite grinding, actually… Am I weird?) I have always wanted to see the full story concept as originally written, though it would be a bear to translate, and something I can’t do right now, maybe never. (Mostly support grinding/grinding in general, lol. While if/Fates isn’t the best in the series story-wise, I still really enjoyed it and put lots and lots of hours into it. Just wanted to share this video, because I really enjoyed it. You can see the original Japanese text for the Hoshidan festival here and the Nohrian festival here. (Master List for the Nohrian Festival of bonds, which are all conversations between adults who do not have normal support conversations.)Īlso, I’m glad you mentioned Pegasus Knight! That’s actually where I get the source text from. (Hoshidan Festival Master List Conquest, for the children available in Conquest and Revelation only: Siegbert, Forrest, Ignatius, Velouria, Percy, Ophelia, Soleil, and Nina.) (Hoshidan Festival Master List Birthright, for the children available in Birthright and Revelation only: Shiro, Kiragi, Asugi, Selkie, Hisame, Mitama, Caeldori, and Rhajat.) (Hoshidan Festival Master List Neutral, for the children available in every route: Kanna, Shigure, Dwyer, Sophie, and Midori.) That was the only way I could view the master lists on my phone.) Took some sleuthing because it is legitimately hard to find (I could only find it on the desktop website, actually) but here are the master lists in a format that I hope leads to live links: (Edit after posting: if you’re on the Tumblr mobile app you may need to copy the links and paste them in a web browser. And there are soooooo many!!! It’s hard to keep track. I think all the ones from the Nohrian festival have been done, but a few from the Hoshidan festival haven’t. ![]() That is a very good question and would require searching the master list and tags carefully. Not anon but now im wondering, which convos havent been translated? i use these for reference a lot (thank you for all your hard work!) so i wanna see which ones i need to read off pegasus knight No real reason, I just think it’s a good deadline, and maybe a bit of a send-off, as after the closure, all this content won’t be available to those who haven’t already downloaded it. Nintendo is killing off the 3DS eShop in March 2023, I really want to finish these up before then. It’s been two freaking years already, agh…) (Still can’t breathe comfortably or taste anything properly though, and have other physiological problems I didn’t have before. Diving back into translation with small amounts of dialogue isn’t as hard as I feared it would be… But I could also simply be in a good phase mentally right now, so, I guess I’ll have to wait and see, lol. I’m still struggling with Long Covid problems, but since I seem to have enough mental stamina to do a little writing or even translation most days, I really want to take advantage of that. I’m currently working on that last one, but if anyone wants to help with any of the others, let me know. I combed the list (and fixed a few links, sorry about that!), and found the missing ones are: Thanks for letting me know! I see that is the only one missing from the Hoshidan Festival of Bonds - Birthright characters edition. I happen to know for a fact you're missing the Mozu/Rhajat convo. In the Japanese version, Mozu speaks with a Kansai accent, which is used in much the same way as a Southern US accent might be used here in North America. ![]() I tried to get that across as best I could. Mozu’s accent is an important aspect of this conversation, which is a bit of a problem because her accent in the English version doesn’t vary much from everyone else. In the last year and a half I’ve been dabbling into writing fanfiction again, and decided it was time to try to tackle translation! Just….it now takes me a week or more what I used to be able to do in a single day, but hey, that’s better than simply doing nothing, right? Well, it’s nice to post again after a few years! I’m still grappling with the effects of an intense form of chronic fatigue and numerous other problems that have wrecked my health and made me a complete homebound invalid since I got Covid-19 back in 2020, but over the last year or so I think I have learned to cope with my limits a little better. ![]() Hoshidan Festival: Mozu and Ophelia Parent-Child Conversation ![]()
